Over 20 satellite TV's, copy machine, computer and PA system giving you the tools needed for every occasion while still maintaining that old Outer Banks look. The mid-level has plenty of open space to facilitate large gatherings completely indoors. This home also offers a total of 18 bedrooms, most of which have ocean or sound views, an oversized pool and pool house and extensive decking. You will find something for everyone at The Mark Twain. Approximately 2.3 miles up the beach.

Level 1: Four MBRs (K, K, K, K); two BRs (Q, K) w/shared "Jack & Jill" bath; two BRs (K, BS) w/shared "Jack & Jill" bath; two BRs (BS, K) w/shared "Jack & Jill" bath; two BRs (K, Q) w/shared "Jack & Jill" bath; gameroom; bar area; 1/2 bath; laundry.

Level 2: Kitchen with large dining area; 1/2 bath; gathering area with wet bar ideal for family events corporate get together plus an adjacent room for multiple uses; access to decks.

Level 3: Six MBRs (K, K, K, K, Q, Q); full bath; sitting area.

Extras: Multiple TVs, computer, copy machine, dune deck, pool table, foosball, basketball goal.

Pets: One dog welcome (no cats). No additional fee/deposit required.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated Pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
