The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the entrance hall. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor. La Sirena has two bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and a third bedroom with bath on the third floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, and a balcony. The other second-story bedroom faces the ocean and has twin beds and a balcony. The third-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath.

La Sirena is furnished with rattan furniture. There are pictures and plants throughout to accentuate the tropical feeling of island living. Both are centrally air-conditioned. Between the patio and the palapa on the beach are attractive plantings in a verdant lawn, just the thing for getting the sand off the feet (a small basin with water supply is provided at the edge of the patio for getting rid of what's left).

With its location next to the Paradisus Hotel on the north and a short walk down the beach on the south to the Cozumeleno Hotel, La Sirena provides the advantages of having your own home away from home with a complete array of services. Rental equipment is available for jet-skiing, wind-surfing, paddle-boating, snorkeling, and more at the Paradisus.

La Sirena has a double sofa-bed and sleeps eight if two are children.
