1. A king master suite on the top floor with private deck overlooking the Gulf and sleeping loft with 2 twins.
2. A queen suite, also on the top floor, with a queen bed and a queen futon.
3. A second king bedroom with huge Gulf view on middle level.
4. A beach level suite with 2 king bedrooms (one of them overlooks the beach) and a second kitchen (full sized refrigerator, sink, microwave oven, and cooktop).
5. The sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements at 18.
