Mr. Sunshine has 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, a sunroom for an additional sleeping area and will sleep up to 12. Your group will have a family-friendly home at the beach-perfect for family vacations, reunions, or fantastic vacations.

Mr. Sunshine will sleep 12 in 4 Bedrooms on 3 levels. There is also a sunroom with a king bed for an additional sleeping area.
1. A king master suite on the top floor with private deck overlooking the Gulf.
2. A queen suite, also on the top floor, with a queen bed and a queen futon.
3. A sunroom with king bedroom with huge Gulf view on middle level.
4. A beach level suite with 2 king bedrooms (one of them overlooks the beach) and a second kitchen (full sized refrigerator, sink, microwave oven, and cooktop)
5. The sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements.
