Florida Vacation Rental New Smyrna Beach This luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is truly a wonderful place for a relaxing and fun vacation.
Our oceanfront beach home is located at 6921 S. Atlantic Ave., New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This area is wonderful for vacations all year round. The beach is beautiful with gorgeous sand and water. The area is noted for its excellent surfing. Our home is located in the "No driving on the beach" section of New Smyrna Beach. It is located directly on the ocean; some areas of New Smyrna are labeled oceanfront but you have to cross a street to reach the beach. Our home is so close to the ocean that the waves actually crash onto the rock revetment at the edge of the deck. Our tiki hut is probably the thing we enjoy most about our house. You can sit in the shade and swing for hours as you enjoy the ocean. The area is quiet and peaceful while still being close to restaurants, shopping, fishing, golf, bowling, mini-golf, movie theatres, etc. The 3,550 square foot house includes... Five bedrooms - three with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized murphy bed and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. The master bedroom and the twin room each have new top of the line Sealy mattresses as of August, 1999. 3&1/2 baths - Master bath has jacuzzi tub. Large gameroom in the lower level with pool table, foosball and air hockey. There is also a king-size murphy bed, full bathroom, television and mini-refrigerator. Large kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Jenn-air range, small appliances and all utensils. Living room and dining room overlook the ocean. Cable TV including four HBO channels; four televisions and three VCR's. Large deck with Tiki hut with swing. New (June, 1999) Hot Springs Spa situated on deck. Washer/Dryer All linens furnished. This luxurious home is truly a wonderful place for a relaxing and fun vacation. If you desire more action, Orlando and all the Disney and Universal Studios attractions are approximately 1 1/2 hours drive, making it convenient to go over and spend the day. Kennedy Space Center is close by as is Daytona with attractions.
