View of the pool looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens provided. This unit is a penthouse which includes a washer and dryer. The Sunbird complex features 3 pools (one is heated), tennis courts, suffleboard courts and tanning decks. There are beach services available for a fee. RULES: No Smoking. No Pets. All vehicles must have a parking pass. Check in at 3:00 pm Saturday. Check out at 1l:00 am. My week runs Saturday to Saturday. No singles under 25 years of age without parent or guardian. Unit has private phone lines. Security deposit required. This does not apply to rent.
