Upon your arrival, our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities underneath the building. You and your guest(s) will be handed a ticket with which you will be able to claim your vehicle should you ever choose to leave the condo throughout your stay. Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a 4(ft) waterfall with seating area. Here your client relation executive (CRE) will meet with you to welcome you and your guest(s) into your luxury condo.

Your Personal Condo

Upon entering our fully-furnished and uniquely designed Lower Penthouse you are greeted by our state-of-the-art kitchen and great room. To the right is the kitchen with stainless steel full dishwasher with accompanied by Kohler kitchen stainless steel sink and facet. To your immediate right upon entering the Lower Penthouse is the Guest Bedroom. This bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, private bathroom, and private balcony. To the left of the entry way is the washer/dryer room and half bathroom. The half bath is rightly located at the front of the condo for convenience when entertaining guests. Straight ahead is the Great room, accompanied by a flat screen TV and entertainment center. The furniture in the Great Room was hand selected specifically for this Lower Penthouse. Immediately ahead outstretched over the ocean is the balcony; chairs await those who would like to spend a day lying in the sun. To the left of the Great Room is the Master Suite. The Master Sweet houses two walk-in closets and a full master bath with his and her sinks. The Master Suite also comes with a flat screen TV and direct access to the balcony overlooking the ocean.

After showing you and your guest(s) around the condo, your CRE will show you how to use any appliances, including the stove, or satellite TV. The CRE will also hand you a welcome pack which includes our concierge booklet should you need a private chef, VIP access to Miami’s hottest clubs, or simply a babysitter for the evening. Your CRE will discuss with you, at this time, maid service time and when he/she will be returning to pick up the keys at the end of your stay. Should you need anything during your stay or have an emergency, you CRE is there to help you, they are always only a phone call away.
