Sea Gate 501 is located in the town of Indian Shores, which is on one of the Suncoast's barrier islands, in the Tampa Bay area. Excellent restaurants are nearby, whether casual dining (Crabby Bill's & Shells) or fine dining (The Wine Cellar & Lobster Pot) is your choice. Recreational opportunities are also close, including mini-golf, which is across the street, or golf and tennis, which are a short drive away.

Located on Gulf Boulevard, just north of the Park Boulevard, Sea Gate 501 has easy access to the mainland and the Tampa Bay area's major attractions. Professional sporting events are nearly year round, including the National Football League, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, and Major League Baseball (Spring training and regular season). Day trips to Disney World (the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, & MGM Studios) and the Kennedy Space Center are also possible.

Of course, the main attractions of Sea Gate 501 are the fine, sandy beaches of Indian Shores and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Fine Print

Rates are based on no more than eight guests. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Add 10% to stays during holiday periods and March. Discounts are available for stays of four weeks or more. A $100 per week Security Deposit is required to hold reservations. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure. Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for refund of Security Deposit (less $20 service fee).

Entire payment for rental period is due in U.S. dollars upon check-in. Payment may be made in cash, traveler's checks, money order, or cashier's check. Personal checks will not be accepted at check-in. Weekly rental rates do not include taxes (11%). Sea Gate 501 does not have any extra charges, such as cleaning fees or administrative charges. Confirmed reservations are guaranteed at the current quoted rates. Otherwise, rental rates are subject to change.

Generally, reservation periods are from Saturday to Saturday during the "high" season (mid-December to mid-April); however, exceptions may be made depending upon circumstances. Reservation requests are subject to availability. For a quote of rates further in the future than currently quoted, please contact us.

Confirmation of reservation requests will be made upon receipt of Security Deposit. Security Deposit payments may be made by personal check, traveler's checks, money order, or cashier's check.
