Sealevel Cottages are located on the Bahamanian island Lubbers Quarters Cay (Key). This lovely cay is conveniently located in protected Abaco Sound, just a short boat ride from the town of Marsh Harbour on one side, and Elbow Cay on the other. It is a lush, 300 acre tropical island with beautiful beaches and a few private cottages. Several of the cottages are for rent but most are getaways for foreign owners. There is little commercial development on the cay, but an out-island bar & grill is under construction just a few minutes walk up the road, and is scheduled to open in early 1998. It's promising to serve a genuine "cheeseburger in paradise!" Sealevel is situated on 1 1/2 acres of gorgeous landscaped beachfront property on the southeast side of the cay. Abaco is a beautiful, unspoiled group of tropical islands. We invite you to join us for a vacation - we know you will share our enthusiasm for the clear blue water, the quiet beauty of this secluded spot, and warm, honest and friendly people you will meet.
The Dolphin House is a large, 2-bedroom 2-bath beach house. It has a screened porch, full kitchen, living and dining room upstairs, and bedrooms downstairs. This house has a commanding view of Abaco Sound and is just steps from the beach and dock.
Rental Rates $1840/week for 1-2 People Includes Boat - 22' center console with T-Top, swim platform, cooler seat, VHF Radio, 130 HP Johnson
The Big House is a spacious 2000 square foot, 2-story beach house with a large open common area, well appointed kitchen and a wrap-around screened porch upstairs and 5 private bedrooms downstairs, sleeping 12 plus. The cottage offers view of the water and blooming gardens, and is just steps away from the beach and private dock. 
Rental Rates $3220/week for 1-6 People Includes Boat - 23'center console with 150 HP Johnson, VHF Radio, T-Top & Swim Platform
The Garden Cottage has one bedroom, complete kitchen, full bath and screened porch. It is set in flower and vegetable gardens less than 100' from the water. Sleep House with Bath - $300/week Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Includes Boat - 20' center console with T-Top, swim platform, cooler seat, VHF Radio, 90 HP Honda About the Cottages: The cottages are island designed, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Each has an outdoor gas grille, microwave, coffee maker, blender, CD tape player, and AC power. We supply dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We furnish your bed linen and two towels per guest per week, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Dress is casual - do bring sunblock, raingear, flashlight, and we suggest a pair of water shoes. The boats are just right for the local waters with center consoles, T-Tops, cooler seats, safety equipment and VHF radios. We will stand by on Channel 16 in the event you need information or assistance. To Our Guest: We are happy to show you around, provide local knowledge, go for a spin in the boat or assist when you want us to. We welcome you to one of the nicest out island spots.
